RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!
If you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a 7 EUR customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you need to cancel your order more than a day after purchase, or we will refund the entire cost of your item, less the 7 EUR customization fee.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at email@example.com with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within the regular delivery time.
Damaged/Misprinted Items can only be replaced within 50 days from your original order date. After this 50 days period, Printsfield is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.
Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload, it will be printed on the item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out by you, PrintsField is not responsible for replacing these items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We are not responsible for post office issues, we are not responsible for custom fees that may apply to orders, but you can contact us and we will try to help you to the best of our ability. Some items in your order may/are shipped separately. We hire our manufactures to ship straight from their factory.
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. When we ship, you will receive an email. If you do not receive your emails please check your spam folder.
We are not responsible for items that appeared to be lost in transit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will have the options to request the reshipment of an order 60 days after the day you receive a confirmation email about your order has been shipped. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait 4 weeks before refunding the order in the event that the package finds its way to you and is delivered. 4 weeks period starts after you receive a confirmation email about your order has been shipped to you.
Items returned to Sender
We are not responsible for items that were returned to sender due to an error made by the customer, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, due to post office failure. You will have the options to request the reshipment of an order 60 days after the day you receive a confirmation email about your order has been shipped. If you will like it re-shipped, you are not responsible for shipping cost to re-send the package. If you want your order to be refunded, it will be refunded minus the original shipping cost when we receive it.
Not satisfied with a product
If you would like to return your product because you are unsatisfied, please send us an email with your order number and an image of the product you received and our team will be able to determine the status of your return based on the information provided.
Once our team approves your return, please re-package the products and ship them to:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Your bank statement will reflect a change in 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
